In this chapter we discuss the last stage in the pipeline –the delivery of the finished product and understand why proper planning and command over this aspect is just as important. We see technical specifications with examples. The chapter also addresses the importance of understanding the various formats and compatibility issues that may arise. Special delivery requests, proper packaging, statutory documentation, transportation, tracking and final delivery, all the aspects that require an equal amount of effort and organization from the team are discussed. The last segment of this chapter deals with closure and suggests some ways in which each completed project could be finally closed.
